The University of Colorado Hospital Authority (UCHA) completed development of this offsite medical office building (MOB) and ambulatory surgery center in the Lone Tree community. The MOB project included interior build-out/tenant improvements of approximately 37,000 square feet of multi-specialty clinical areas in an existing core and shell building. In addition to the interior build-out, the project consisted of core and shell/utility modifications, including new construction of a three-story lobby, which required structural modifications for the support of two new rooftop units; the construction of one new elevator shaft within the existing building; water and electrical utility upgrades to meet the expected new usage demands; and a variety of code upgrades, as required by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The MOB/clinic serves the following departments: Audiology; Cardiology; Ear, Nose & Throat; Gastroenterology; Gynecologic Oncology; Imaging/Radiology; Infusion; Internal Medicine; Oncology; Orthopedics/Spine; Pharmacy; Rehabilitation; Urology/Urologic Gynecology. Project One Cumming provided the full suite of project management services for this project.
