Our Representative Experience

Colorado Christian University
Rockmont Hall

Lakewood, Colorado

This 110,311-square-foot project is comprised of a four-story dormitory for Colorado Christian University. The project includes 32 three-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, and 28 one-bedroom units to house a total of 330 students. The new hall offers a variety of amenities, including eight lounges and common social spaces; a grab-and-go café; internet connectivity from each room; and Wi-Fi access throughout the facility. It also features a student desk staffed 24/7 for around-the-clock support.

Station A Apartments at Gateway Park

Denver, Colorado

The three-story apartment complex in Denver, Colorado consists of 42 studios, 222 one-bedroom units, 108 two-bedroom units, and 28 three-bedroom units. The apartments range in size from 558 square feet to 1,322 square feet and offer eight different layout options. The complex sits on 20.86 acres and includes a clubhouse, pool, lazy river, outdoor spa, outdoor kitchen and gaming area, dog park and dog stations, and several other amenities.
